A mother-of-ten has been advised that she may face jail if there are breaches of an exclusion order at her residence, which was beforehand described by a Decide as a ‘home from hell’.

Mr McElhinney advised Friday’s session that the basic facet of the case is that there needs to be no-one within the property from 8pm-8am apart from Ms Ward.
Solicitor Mr Rory O’Brien, representing Ms Ward, stated that his consumer has beforehand given an enterprise regarding anti-social behaviour and people who have been excluded by orders made below the Housing Act.
“She is conscious of her enterprise, however there was ebbing and flowing of their attendance,” Mr O’Brien stated.
Taking to the witness field, Ms Ward advised the courtroom that she has been dwelling on the tackle for ’14 or 15 years’ and her well being is ‘not good’ in the intervening time. “It is extremely exhausting,” she stated. “They do come to see me.”
Decide Michael Connellan warned Ms Ward that she may face jail for contempt of courtroom if she breaks the order that’s in place.
In December 2020, Decide Kevin Kilrane described Ms Ward’s residence as ‘a home from hell’.
In 2021, Hristo Dimitrov who lives subsequent door to Ms Ward, gave proof within the case of an utility introduced by Donegal County Council at Ballyshannon District Courtroom on Friday. The applying was for excluding orders towards Thomas Ward, Patrick Ward and James (Jimmy) Ward.
