A person who who assaulted one other man after getting into a Castlefin home through a kitchen window has been
handed 120 hours of group service.
Two youngsters, who have been aged 9 and 4, have been current when Vladimir Okuril climbed by an open
window of the kitchen on October 15, 2020.
Okuril refused to depart after gaining entry to the home at Emmet Park in Castlefin at 3.30pm.
Okuril, aged 35 and of Market Home, The Diamond, Castlefin, was earlier than Letterkenny District Courtroom on
costs of assault and trespass.
