James Devanney, 54 of Glencar Highway, Letterkenny was “raving uncontrolled” when he struck a lady on the chest, the Letterkenny District Courtroom has heard.
Sergeant Jim Collins advised the courtroom that Devanney left his residence whereas holding the axe shaft. Devanney charged on the feminine and struck her on the chest, inflicting her damage.
