Congratulations to Gary and Darren Worth who participated within the River Moy Half Marathon on Saturday the twentieth Might. John Hughes of LAC competed within the Downpatrick 5km race ending a time of 20:40 whereas Paul Caulfield of LAC completed in second place within the Kilcornan 5 km race which was a part of the Galway 5k collection in a superb time of 17:07.
Within the Nationwide 5km race membership member Barry Mackey crossed the road in a outstanding time of 19:09.
LAC meets Tuesday at 6.30pm for an interval operating session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a long term.
