Fintown welcomes model new Bowls Membership

A Bowls Membership has just lately been established in Fintown, working each Monday evening in Halla Cholmcille, Fintown.

Mary Mc Ghee from Excessive City, Fintown and Pat Walsh from Kilkenny, Leitir are the organisers of the Membership.

New members are very welcome to become involved.

On Sunday 4th June a really profitable bowls competitors was held in Halla Cholmcille in Fintown from 2.00pm to six.00pm. Bowlers from surrounding golf equipment took half within the competitors.

The winners have been as follows:

• 1st Prize: Pat Walsh, Sharon Sweeney
• 2nd Prize: Lawrence Herron, Margaret Bonner, John Gallagher
