Unbiased Councillor Frank McBrearty Jnr has been hit with a three-month suspension from Donegal County Council conferences.
The Raphoe consultant was requested to go away the Plenary assembly of the council a number of occasions at present resulting from disruptive behaviour and disregarding the rule of the chair, Cathaoirleach Liam Blaney.
